Summer Shadowing Opportunities at RISE Foundation

In the summer, the Rise Foundation offers shadowing opportunities for high school students and early college students at the Premier Clinic. Participants will engage in various tasks, enhancing their medical knowledge and familiarity with medical terminology.

Tasks Students May Assist With:
1. Observing patient interactions
2. Assisting with basic clinical procedures
3. Learning about medical documentation
4. Understanding patient care protocols
5. Participating in discussions on medical ethics

Through her initiative Rising Strong with Radhika, she offers personalized coaching and mentorship for students, early-career professionals, aspiring leaders, and senior professionals looking to grow, transition, or reinvent their careers.

Radhika has conducted numerous coaching sessions and workshops focused on interview preparation, career development and transitions, podcast coaching, and one-on-one mentorship. She also provides specialized pageant training and delivers insightful talks on topics such as Generative AI, data and cloud modernization, sales leadership, go-to-market strategy and acceleration, innovation, and digital transformation.
